Prairie Wind Ranch
Denver, Colorado, USA
We started Prairie Wind with a simple idea: leave the land better than we found it. Our cattle, sheep, and hens graze in a careful rotation that rebuilds the soil and brings the grassland back to life. The result is food you can feel good about and a prairie that gets healthier every year. Come visit, we’ll show you around.

Their story
It starts with the soil in the high plains and mountain valleys of Colorado, and the rhythm of the growing year. Nothing is rushed to fit a calendar.
What makes it different: the animals eat grass and forage, never grain in a feedlot.
Prairie Wind Ranch is a working family operation, hands in the soil every day.
Picked and brought to market fresh, with as few steps in between as possible.
