Wild Run Fisheries
Seattle, Washington, USA
We’re a small crew who’ve fished these cold Pacific waters our whole lives. Every salmon and halibut is wild-caught by hook and line, then flash-frozen at sea within hours so it reaches you as fresh as the moment it was landed. No farms, no fillers, just honest fish, and fishers who can tell you exactly where your dinner came from.

Their story
It begins out on the water off the green valleys of the Pacific Northwest, with the tides and the seasons. Nothing is rushed to fit a calendar.
What makes it different: it is traded on fair terms for the people who grow it, and it is harvested from the wild rather than farmed.
Wild Run Fisheries is run by people who still go out on the water themselves.
Landed, iced, and brought to market within hours.
