We roast in small batches on a vintage drum roaster, listening for the cracks rather than trusting a timer. Every coffee we carry is traceable back to a farm or co-op we buy from directly, at prices well above the fair trade floor, because the people who grow it deserve a real living. We roast to order through the week so the bags on our shelf are always fresh. Bring your own jar and we will fill it.
