This food is grown in the farmland and lake country of southern Ontario, on land that has been tended with care. What grows depends on the weather and the time of year, as it should.
What makes it different: the animals live outdoors on open pasture with room to roam, and the animals eat grass and forage, never grain in a feedlot.
Behind Kettle Valley Farms are people who chose the slower, more honest way of farming.
