Their story
The mill runs in the farmland and lake country of southern Ontario, pressing fresh and cold. What grows depends on the weather and the time of year, as it should.
What makes it different: it is grown to certified organic standards, without synthetic pesticides, and it is made in small batches, with attention over scale.
