It starts with the soil in the warm, near year-round growing climate of Florida, and the rhythm of the growing year. What grows depends on the weather and the time of year, as it should.
What makes it different: the land is farmed to rebuild the soil, not wear it down, and the animals eat grass and forage, never grain in a feedlot.
