It all begins in California's sun-soaked valleys and long growing season, where the fields are worked by hand and by season. Nothing is rushed to fit a calendar.
What makes it different: it is grown to certified organic standards, without synthetic pesticides, and the land is farmed to rebuild the soil, not wear it down.
Hillside Farm is a working family operation, hands in the soil every day.
