It starts with the soil in the wide prairie skies of Manitoba, and the rhythm of the growing year. What grows depends on the weather and the time of year, as it should.
What makes it different: the animals live outdoors on open pasture with room to roam, and the animals eat grass and forage, never grain in a feedlot.
