Cold-pressed canola and sunflower oil is what our oil mill near Victoria does best. We keep it small batch and organic. We sell through a weekly veg box, so you can meet the people behind your food and ask anything you like.

Their story
The mill runs in the coastal mountains and fertile valleys of British Columbia, pressing fresh and cold. What grows depends on the weather and the time of year, as it should.
What makes it different: it is grown to certified organic standards, without synthetic pesticides, and it is made in small batches, with attention over scale.
At Birchwood Grove, the press is run slow and clean by hand.
From the press to your kitchen while it is still bright and green.
