• Two or three local cheeses
• Honey
• Fresh and dried fruit
• Crackers or bread

Steps

1. Take the cheese out of the fridge an hour before serving.
2. Arrange from mild to strong so tasters know where to start.
3. Add a small bowl of honey, some fruit, and plenty of bread or crackers.
4. Serve at room temperature.
