Their story
This food is grown in the wide ranchland and long growing season of Texas, on land that has been tended with care. What grows depends on the weather and the time of year, as it should.
What makes it different: the animals live outdoors on open pasture with room to roam, and the animals eat grass and forage, never grain in a feedlot.
At Hillside Farmstead, the same family plants, tends, and harvests, season after season.
