It all begins in the fertile heartland fields of Ohio, where the fields are worked by hand and by season. What grows depends on the weather and the time of year, as it should.
What makes it different: the animals eat grass and forage, never grain in a feedlot, and the animals live outdoors on open pasture with room to roam.
