Golden Coast Olive Mill
Golden Coast is a small grove of Arbequina and Frantoio trees on a dry hillside, milled on the same estate. We pick by hand in the cool of autumn and press within four hours, so the oil keeps its green, peppery bite. Nothing is blended in and nothing is refined. We stamp every tin with the harvest date and the grove block, then sell most of it from the little farm shop by the mill.

Their story
The mill runs in California's sun-soaked valleys and long growing season, pressing fresh and cold. The season sets the pace here, not a schedule.
What makes it different: it is grown to certified organic standards, without synthetic pesticides.
Golden Coast Olive Mill is a small mill tended by people who care about freshness.
Pressed fresh, bottled, and sold before it can sit.
